Covid could not keep these two from tying the knot, and I for one, am very happy about that! I first met Tia and Brad in 2018. We met at Tim Horton's and discussed what they were looking for in regards to their wedding photography, and thanks to Brad's sister Amanda, they were already aware of who I was and what my work was like. My instant first impression of these two was that they were some of the nicest people I have ever met, and that feeling never changed. .
Their wedding took place at the always lovely Norland Historic Estate. When I arrived to start the Getting Ready coverage, their hair and make up were already done, which left us with a ton of time to do some fun photos and to relax before everyone had to get dressed. The ceremony was at the Gazebo on the front lawn. Tia was walked down the aisle by both of her parents and looked stunning in her gown from Once Upon a Bride. Brad couldn't take his eyes off of her and looked damn good in his suit from Moore's. They each read their own vows, which always makes me tear up! Formal photos were done all over the Norland grounds and this group was super fun to photograph! We even had time to take a little drink break in between, which when you're celebrating a wedding, is super important! Even tho their guest list had to be cut down for the reception, there was still a party, with emotional speeches and first dances.
Thank you so much Tia & Brad for having me as your wedding photographer! I can't tell you how sad I am that it is all over but I am so happy for you both. I wish you all the best and please keep in touch!
P.S. Amanda, if you got this far, thank you for everything! You are such a sweet person and I have truly enjoyed working with you. I hope you'll keep in touch as well!
